Descrizione vino

From the vinification of 100% pure Nebbiolo grapes. The origin is the classic one of Piedmont, on soils rich in clayey - calcareous gray - bluish marl from the Barbaresco area: the most sandy soils from the vineyards of the Roero area. Harvest by hand is preceded by the thinning of the excess bunches at the end of summer. Vinification takes place in steel tanks. For 10 days of maceration in contact with the skins and soft wetting of the cap with the "shower" system at a temperature between 32 and 28 ° C. Malolactic fermentation in steel. The refinement is at least 12 months in steel, wood and bottle.
