Descrizione vino

From the skilful vinification by Michele Chiarlo's technicians. The grape variety used is that of Barbera. The origin of the grapes is the classic one from Piedmont. Harvest by hand. Vinification takes place in steel tanks for 10 days of maceration in contact with the skins and soft wetting of the cap with the "shower" system at a temperature between 16 and 18 ° C. Malolactic fermentation in steel. Refinement requires at least 3 months in steel tanks.
