Wine description
From pure Negroamaro grapes comes this rosé wine from the Apulian Varvaglione Winery. After the harvest, skin cryomaceration takes place in a soft press, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15 C°. The final ageing phase takes place in steel.
Characteristics of this wine from Apulia
It has a light pink colour with violet reflections. The olfactory notes recall fresh fruit and white flowers. Fresh and light on the palate.
Recommended pairings with this Apulian rosé wine
Perfect with aperitifs, fish dishes and cheese. Try it with pizza. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 C°.
