Wine description
Lambrusco Meares is a semi-dry sparkling wine that comes from Lambrusco Salamino, Lambrusco Grasparossa, Lambrusco Maestri and Lancellotta grapes: the bunches are harvested by hand in the vineyards of the most suitable areas of the provinces of Reggio. After harvesting the grapes are subjected to fermentation in steel at controlled temperature and then the second fermentation in autoclave with the Martinotti or Charmat method.
Features of this Lambrusco
It has a lively ruby red color with violet reflections. The olfactory notes are very intense and recall cherry, black cherry and berries but also hints of spices. The palate is creamy and balanced, pleasantly fruity.
Recommended tips with this Emilian red wine
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC, perfect with meat dishes, pasta dishes, cheese and desserts.
