Marche Rosato MAROTTI CAMPI
One of the rare rosé wines that allows its character and refinement to be better appreciated, especially when paired with seafood dishes, structured and fully flavoured. The grape variety used for its vinification is that of Lacrima di Morro d'Alba, 100% pure. Its origin falls in the territory of Morro d’Alba, in the Marches region. Harvest takes place during the first days of September, by hand in wooden boxes, and lasts until the middle of the month. Vinification involves a very short maceration and fermentation in steel tanks at 18°C. Refinement follows for 4 months in steel tanks and 2 months in bottle.
Marche Rosato’s features
A rose petal color. The perfume has characteristic aromas of roses, violets, currants and wild strawberries. The taste is absolutely fresh and fruity, with a smoothness balanced by acidity.

This wine is suitable with seafood first courses, fried fish, stewed fish or as an aperitif. The optimal serving temperature is 16°C. The alcohol content reached is 12% Vol.
