Wine description
From a blend of Malvasia Bianca, Chardonnay and Fiano grapes comes this Apulian white wine from Varvaglione Winery. After harvesting, soft pressing takes place followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14 C°. The final ageing phase takes place in steel.
Characteristics of this wine from Apulia
It has a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The olfactory notes evoke floral elements such as mimosa and then turn to citrus notes. The palate is fresh, with good persistence.
Recommended pairings with this Apulian white wine
Excellent with white meats, fish and mature cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 10 C°.
