Negroamaro Rosato Salento "LE GRAZIE" Mediterranea
Rosato Salento "Le Grazie" is produced with autochthonous Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes. The harvest, strictly manual, is done in the first decade of September; fermentation in steel and aging in vitrified tanks before being bottled.
Characteristics of this Apulian wine
Bright pink wine with hints of red fruits. In the mouth is fresh, soft and enveloping, with a nice persistence.
Recommended pairings tasting this Apulian wine
Excellent as an aperitif or with structured fish dishes. To be served at a temperature of 8-10ºC in a tapered glass.
