Gewurztraminer DOC LA VIS
From the vinification of Gewürztraminer grapes. The origin is the classic one where the company operates, Lavis in the Furli area, Pressano in the Carlovi area and lower Valle di Cembra. After manual harvesting in the third decade of September, soft pressing in an inert atmosphere, static decantation of the musts, fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, refining on the lyses for about 5/6 months, before bottling.
Characteristics of this Trentino white wine
The wine appears to be of a rather deep golden yellow colour. The scent is floral and spicy with cloves and nutmeg. The taste in the mouth, the full and consistent body, envelops the whole palate.
