Riesling DOC LA VIS

From the vinification of Rhenish Riesling grapes. The origin is the classic one of the lower Valle di Cembra, Trentino. The vinification involves manual harvesting in the third decade of September, soft pressing in an inert atmosphere, static decantation of the musts, fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging on the lyses for about 5/6 months, before bottling.

This wine has a straw yellow colour tending with greenish reflections. The scent is delicate with the characteristic aromas of candied fruit and carob. The taste is characterized by a savory, fruity and pleasantly acidulous flavor, it best expresses its characteristics after a few months of aging in the bottle.
