Chardonnay DOC LA VIS
From the vinification of 100% pure Chardonnay grapes. The origin is the classic one of Lavis, Meano and lower Valle di Cembra, Trentino Alto Adige. For the vinification, after manual harvesting in the first ten days of September, soft pressing, static decantation of the must, fermentation at a controlled temperature (20 ° C) in stainless steel tanks, refining on the lyses for about 5/6 months, before 'bottling.

Upon organoleptic examination, the wine shows a straw yellow colour with green hues. The scent is that of a pleasant wine, with fruity notes of Golden apple and pineapple. The flavor is full and pleasantly harmonious.
