Riesling DOC ABBAZIA DI NOVACELLA

From the vinification of this particular native vine of the Abbazia di Novacella. The grape variety used is that of Riesling Renano: its origin is the classic one of the area with the Controlled Designation of Origin DOC of the Conca di Bressanone. Harvest takes place at the end of September with the grapes in full ripeness. Vinification involves fermentation and maturation in stainless steel. Finally, the refinement which extends for at least 6 months.

Riesling DOC Abbazia di Novacella’s features

An intense straw yellow color. The scent on the nose expresses intense fruity and mineral aromas. The taste on the palate is fresh, decisive and pleasantly aromatic, characterized by a finish of good persistence.

A wine suitable for the whole meal, perfect with rich first courses based on filled pasta, second courses based on white meat. The optimal serving temperature is 10°C.
