This Friulano Ronchi di Cialla is a Friulian white wine produced with 100% Friulano grapes grown in the company's vineyards located in Dolegna del Collio, near Gorizia. After the manual harvest fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks takes place, preceded by a full day of maceration on the lees. The maturation takes place on the lees for at least 3 months with frequent batonnage.

The organoleptic examination shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, olfactory notes prevail that evoke floral notes while on the palate it strikes for the flavor in the finish and a pleasant persistence.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this Friulian white wine
Perfect in particular with fish-based dishes, but also appetizers based on San Daniele ham or vegetables. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in a tall and slender glass.
