From the vinification of 100% pure Merlot grapes. The origin is that of the La-Vis company which operates in Sorni, Gardolo, Trentino. The vinification involves manual harvesting in the first ten days of October, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, static decanting of the wine for 48 hours, malolactic fermentation in vitrified reinforced concrete tanks, aging for about 5/6 months, 90% in concrete and 10% in third and fourth passage French oak.
