Cabernet DOC LA VIS
From the vinification of Cabernet from the territory of Lavis, Pressano, Sorni in Trentino Alto Adige. The harvest, which takes place strictly by hand, is immediately followed by the winemaking process. After manual harvesting in the first ten days of October, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, static decantation of the wine for 48 hours, malolactic fermentation in vitrified reinforced concrete tanks, aging on the lyses for about 5/6 months, for the 90% in concrete and 10% in third and fourth passage French oak.
Characteristics of this red wine
This wine appears ruby red in colour, very dense, with violet reflections. The scent is wide and intense and characteristic, it is expressed with notes of blackberry and plum with hints of vanilla, toasted and chocolate. The taste in the mouth, the wine is balanced, persistent and with a good structure.

With the meat it expresses the best of itself. The optimal serving temperature is 16 ° C.
