Pinot Nero DOC LA VIS
From the vinification of Pinot Noir grapes. The origin is the classic one of Lavis and Giovo, Trentino Alto Adige. The vinification involves manual harvesting in the last week of September, fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging in French oak barrels for about 5/6 months, before bottling.
Characteristics of this Pinot Nero DOC
This wine has a pale ruby red colour. The perfume is intense with hints of cherry and morello cherry which slowly ends in a pleasant and typical aroma of red berries. The taste in the mouth is delicate and fruity, while the dense and silky tannins give it a full and pleasantly long taste.
