Descrizione vino

A sensational blend composed by the same percentages of different vine varieties: Petit Verdot, Syrah, Lagrein, Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are harvested and worked all together, in the same day, except for Cabernet Sauvignon, that matures later. 10 days alcoholic fermentation and maceration in steel, followed by malolactic fermentation in wooden barrels. The aging is developed in French oak barriques for 18 months. After the assembly, a long period of maturation in the bottle is planned.

Features of the white wine “Grande Cuvée Kermesse”

The taste is strong, powerful, elegant, harmonious, with important tannins that goes on well with the defined structure of the wine. Excellent final, great persistence.
