Vincastro Umbria Rosso Benincasa
Vincastro is a red wine from Umbria made from 50% Sangiovese and 50% Merlot grapes. Bunches are harvested and put in wooden cases, then12 days of fermentation follow. Before bottling, wine is moved in concrete tanks where refinement goes on for 4 months.
