Toscana "Col di Sasso" BANFI
Col di Sasso is a refined red wine of the Banfi winery and this wine can promotes the Tuscany culture all around. There are used Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese grapes and they macerate for 5-6 days at 24-25°C.This process allows keeping the good color without the production of many tannins and it also keeps the aromatic freshness. The wine is commercialized after 6 months from the bottling.
Characteristics of the Col di Sasso Toscana wine
It has a ruby red color very young but intense. The smell is wide, fresh and characterized by varietal aromas. The taste is full and soft, but also balanced and ready to drink.
