Chianti DOCG I Mori
Chianti DOCG is one of the most renewed wines from Tuscany. Vine varieties used to produce this excellent wine are 80% Sangiovese, 10% Cannaiolo and 10% Colorino, cultivated on the slopes around Florence, in the south of Chianti region. Grapes are hand-picked and maturation takes place at a controlled temperature.
Characteristics of Chianti DOCG
It presents an intense ruby red. Fruity bouquet with a spicy aftertaste. Dry, balanced and slightly tannic in taste.
Recommended pairings while tasting this red wine
It can be paired with main courses, in particular those of Tuscany tradition, with red meat and aged cheeses.
