Wine description
Langhe Dolcetto DOC is a young red wine, less undemanding than other wines from Piedmont, because of its alcohol strength and softness, which allow it to be paired with many different dishes, anyway. After being pressed, grapes are moved in stainless steel vessels, then maceration takes place at a temperature between 27-30°C. The wine is bottled after a 3 months refinement in stainless steel vessels.
Characteristics of Langhe Dolcetto
Bouquet reminds of fresh fruits. Taste is pleasant and soft, with a slightly herbal flavour.
Recommended pairings while tasting this red wine
It should be served in a wide glass, at a temperature of 14-17°C. It’s perfect for everyday meals and it can be paired also with pizza and light meals.
