Rosè Puglia DESIRE LUSH & ZIN PASQUA

This rosé from Pasqua winery is a fresh and fragrant wine made from a blend of Chardonnay, Negroamaro, Primitivo and Syrah grapes. After the grapes are harvested by hand, they are cold pressed to extract their characteristic colour. The must is then cooled and placed in steel tanks where it undergoes decanting. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 13-16°C.

Characteristics of this Pasqua wine

It has a delicate pink colour and an enveloping bouquet with notes of prunes, thyme, rosemary and red fruits. On the palate, it impresses with its perfect balance and pleasant taste.

Recommended pairings with this Apulian rosé wine

Perfect with fish or white meat dishes. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C.
