Chardonnay Fiano Puglia DESIRE LUSH & ZIN PASQUA

This white wine from Cantina Pasqua is made from Chardonnay and Fiano grapes: it is a particularly aromatic and fresh wine, with a perfect balance of liveliness and structure. The vinification process requires cold maceration followed by fermentation to preserve its freshness. Once fermentation is complete, the wine remains in contact with the skins for two months.

Characteristics of this Chardonnay Fiano wine

It has a straw yellow colour with golden reflections and aromas of white peach and apricot. Delicate hints of orange peel are also present. Fresh on the palate with excellent persistence.

Try it with grilled or baked fish and fish-based first courses. Serve at a temperature of 10°C.
