Fresh and citrusy, this Moscato d'Asti Bricco Quaglia from La Spinetta is made from pure Moscato grapes from the Moscato vineyard of the same name, located in Castagnole delle Lanze. Here, the south-facing vineyards cover 20 hectares and benefit from calcareous, sandy marly soils. This is the first wine produced by the winery in 1977. After harvesting the bunches, we proceed with soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel for 3 months.
Characteristics of this Moscato d'Asti Bricco Quaglia
It has a bright yellow color with bright green reflections while the olfactory profile recalls fruity notes of mango and lime as well as floral notes of wildflowers. On the palate it is fresh, aromatic, with citrus and floral notes. Wide and delicate ending.
Recommended pairings with this Piedmont wine
Try with dry pastry, desserts with cream or chocolate. Serve at 6-8°C.
