Pinot Noir Spumante “Noesi” from Vanzini is a wine produced in the hills of Oltrepò Pavese, an area particularly suited to the cultivation of Pinot Noir. The grapes come from vineyards located in the municipalities of San Damiano al Colle, grown on clay soils rich in sandstone and calcareous marl. Winemaking takes place through soft pressing of the grapes with immediate separation from the skins; the must ferments in temperature-controlled steel tanks for approximately 15-20 days, during which alcoholic fermentation takes place. This is followed by maturation in steel for two months and sparkling wine in an autoclave using the Charmat method. After 9 months, the wine is bottled and will be aged in the bottle for another 3 months.
