Bianco Veneto HEY FRENCH PASQUA

This white wine from the Pasqua winery boasts remarkable ageing potential: it is made from a blend of carefully selected vintages, including Garganega, Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon Blanc. The vineyards are located on the Veronese side of Monte Calvarina, on calcareous soils. Each vintage is vinified separately and, once alcoholic fermentation has taken place, each vintage remains on the lees for about 4 months. The final stage in the production of this Veneto white wine involves ageing in barriques and tonneaux for 8 months, with further ageing in steel. The vintages are then blended and bottled.

Characteristics of this Veneto wine

It has a straw yellow colour and aromas of chamomile, white flowers and tropical fruit, as well as notes of toast and white pepper. On the palate, it has great structure and an important vein of minerality.
