The tradition of South Tyrol finds its maximum expression in this label. The grape variety used is that of 100% pure Schiava. The origin of the vines is in the DOC Alto Adige area, on hillsides situated at an altitude of 410 up to 440 meters above sea level. The soil is morainic-porphyritic, with sandy sediments. Vinification involves fermentation on the skins, malolactic in steel fermenters. At last, it is aged for 4 months in concrete tanks.
