Chardonnay "ALTKIRCH" DOC COLTERENZIO

This wine is the result of the skilful vinification in purity of the Chardonnay grape; it perfectly represents the hills of South Tyrol. The origin is the classic Alto Adige DOC. The soils on which the vines are located are sandy and deep soils with gravelly deposits. Vinification involves first fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature of about 18 ° in steel, a small part in large wooden barrels. Then the refinement for a few months on the fine lees.
