Riviera del Garda Classico Superiore DOC Avanzi
This Riviera del Garda Classico Superiore from Avanzi winery is made from Groppello grapes plus a small percentage of Rebo, an autochthonous grape variety of Lake Garda. After harvesting, the must first passes into steel tanks for stoppage before being placed in wood for aging for 12 months; aging in glass for 6 months before being marketed.
Features of this red wine
In the glass it has a ruby red colour; to the nose hints of ripe berries; In the mouth is rich, elegant and intense.
Recommended pairings tasting this red wine
Perfect wine with all meat dishes both roast and stewed. Try it with mature cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16-18ºC in a fairly large glass.
