Prosecco DOC Brut CANEVEL
Made from the vinification of 100% pure Glera grapes. The origin is the classic one of Veneto, in the Valdobbiadene. Harvest is done exclusively by hand and in box from the end of September to the first days of October. Vinification of whole grapes with soft pressing and static racking of the musts for about eight hours. The sparkling process is carried out as usual with the Charmat method.
Prosecco DOC Brut Canevel’s features
A pale straw yellow color, lively foam and fine and elegant perlage. The scent is characterized by fruity pear and slightly floral notes. The taste is absolutely soft, fresh and persistent.
