Taurasi DOCG MONTESOLE
Taurasi DOCG has a great longevity and it is the purest expression of the precious grape called Aglianico. The grapes are selected from vineyards located in 17 villages in the district of Avellino, in the heart of Italy. One of them is Taurasi and the wine takes its name from it. The harvest is planned at the end of October. The wine-making considers fermentation at controlled temperature and cooled maceration for 15 days. The aging is developed in inox for three months, in barriques for 8 months, in oak barrels for 12 months and continues in the bottle for at least 6 months.
