A wine from the Firriato winery that boasts the I.G.T. Terre Siciliane. Composed with a refined blend of native vines capable of describe the territory. The origin of the vines falls within the company scope included in the Trapani countryside, in the Borgo Guarini estate. Harvest happens by hand in the first ten days of September. The vinification involves soft pressing, fermentation in an autoclave at a controlled temperature to reach the appropriate pressure. Finally, the refinement of the wine which develops for three months "sur lie".
Charme Bianco Firriato’s features
A light straw yellow colour, with subtle nuances of green tones. The scent that opens to the nose, is characterized by the gentle notes of wild flowers and broom and almost immediately develops fresh scents reminiscent of mango, papaya, ripe banana and yellow-skinned melon; after a few moments subtle evocations of rosemary and laurel emerge. The taste is harmonious and composed, fully demonstrates its agile and lively nature exhibiting a very satisfying acid vein, which dialogues perfectly with the soft structure, giving it an enviable drinkability.
