CAELES Syrah BIO
Pure vinification of one of the most representative vineyards of the Sicilian territory and of the Firriato winery. The origin of the vines is that of the Agro Trapanese in the Baglio Sorìa estate within the company areas. The harvest falls in the first ten days of September, with the manual harvesting of the grapes and direct transfer to the cellar. The vinification follows the traditional method, in red in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged for 3 months in 2nd and 3rd passage French oak barrels.
Caeles Syrah Bio Firriato’s features
An intense red colour. The scent is rich in delicious nuances of red fruits of the Trapani countryside and the fruits of the undergrowth. To the fruity bouquet are added floral and spicy notes that enrich the olfactory component. The taste in the mouth is tasty, produced by a ripe and pleasant fruit, which melts in the mouth with an intense flavor. Very drinkable, its glass is very appreciated and pleasant.

Try it with cheeses and risottos. The optimal serving temperature is 16 ° C in a large glass that allows the wine to oxygenate. The alcohol content achieved is 13.5% Vol.
