Pinot Bianco Jermann
The cultivation soil of the Chardonnay grapes is marl and sandy with a rocky sub-layer that once transformed it becomes the “ponca” characteristic of the Collio area. This wine is made by 100% Pinot Bianco grapes which are exposed at south-west and north-east. It can be aged up to 4 years.
Characteristics of the Pinot Bianco wine
It has a straw gold yellow color quite shiny. The smell is intense, very persistent, pleasantly fruity with watermelon hints. The taste is dry, soft, harmonic and persistent.
Suggested pairings with this Pinot Bianco Jermann
It is perfect with local courses, sautèes and sea food, but also with pasta and beans. It must be served at 12°c in a wide and high wine glass.
