CAELES Grillo BIO
From 100% Grillo grapes vinification, this refined white wine of Sicilian tradition is born. The origin of the grapes is that of Agro Trapanese in the Estate of Borgo Guarini. The harvest is started in the third decade of August and extends until the first decade of September, the harvest is carried out strictly by hand. The vinification involves the use of stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for 3 months on noble lees or "sur lie" in stainless steel tanks with daily agitation.
