CAELES Cataratto BIO
From 100% pure vinification of Catarratto grapes. A sensational, fresh wine that contains all the minerality of the Sicilian territory. The origin of the vineyards is that of the Agro Trapanese, within the Borgo Guarini estate. The harvest takes place by hand in the first ten days of September. The traditional white vinification follows in thermo-controlled steel tanks. The refinement of the wine extends for three months on the noble lees or "sur lie" in stainless steel tanks with daily stirring.
Caeles Cataratto BIO Firriato’s features
A bright yellow colour with greenish reflections. The scent is powerful and fresh, exalting clear floral references of broom that delightfully blend with the fruity notes of white peach and ripe pear. The taste has herbaceous nuances and a well-articulated structure. With great personality, for freshness and fragrance, it envelops the palate in a unicum that only the biological vocation is capable of generating.
