Descrizione vino

The grape variety chosen for this sensational traditional Italian wine is Nebbiolo which comes from Piedmont, from the area of Monforte, Verduno, La Morra. Harvest by hand. Vinification takes place in steel tanks. 13/14 days of maceration in contact with the skins and soft wetting of the cap with the "shower" system at a temperature between 32 and 27 ° C. Malolactic fermentation in steel. Finally the refinement which develops for a at least 3 years, it ages for 24 months in large barrels before refining in the bottle.
