Morellino di Scansano "MENTORE" DOCG MANTELLASSI
From the vinification of Sangiovese grapes for 85%, Cabernet Sauvignon for 10%, and Ciliegiolo for 5%. A refined blend of great value. The origin for all the vines falls in the Magliano in Toscana. The harvest takes place with the grapes in full ripeness in September. The vinification with the traditional red method follows in stainless steel tanks. Maturation and refinement take place in stainless steel tanks and a few months in the bottle.

An intense and decisive ruby red colour. The scent is intense and fruity. The taste has a round and harmonious flavor.
