Pinot Grigio DOC ABBAZIA DI NOVACELLA
It is from the vinification of Pinot Grigio grapes that Abbazia di Novacella produces this sensational Conca di Bressanone wine. Harvest takes place with the grapes at a perfect degree of ripeness. Vinification involves that at least for 3/4 malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and for a 1/4 in oak barrels of 30 hectoliters. Refinement develops for at least 6 months.
Pinot Grigio DOC Abbazia di Novacella’s features
A deep straw yellow color. The nose reveals fine aromas of lime blossom, pear and banana. The taste on the palate is full, balanced, rich in extracts, characterized by an excellent persistence finish.

An excellent wine as an aperitif, it goes well with light appetizers, soups, baked poultry. The optimal serving temperature is 8°C in a tall and tapered glass. The alcohol content is 13.5% Vol.
