Kerner DOC ABBAZIA DI NOVACELLA
This white wine from Trentino retraces the whole local tradition: it is in fact the result of a refined blend kept secret by the technicians of the Novacella Abbey cellar. The main grape variety used for its production is that of Kerner. The origin is the classic one of the Conca di Bressanone. Vinification involves alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Refinement develops for 6 months.

A bright straw yellow color with greenish hues. Scent has notes of white pepper, spices, citrus, peach, apricot, aromatic herbs and mountain flowers. Taste is fresh, slightly aromatic, spicy and very drinkable.
