Wine description
A terrific wine coming from the vinification of 100% pure Gewürztraminer. The origin of the vines is linked to the area of the Conca di Bressanone. Harvest is carried out with the grapes at the perfect degree of ripeness and vinification involves fermentation and maturation in stainless steel. Refinement takes place for 6 months in the bottle.
Gewurztraminer DOC Abbazia di Novacella’s features
A straw yellow color with golden reflections. Notes of rose and lychee, cloves, vanilla, sweet figs, grapefruit. Taste is full, aromatic, characterized by a marked fruity aftertaste and a good persistence.
