From the use of pure Nebbiolo grapes from the Grinzane Cavour vineyards, this red wine from the Piedmontese winery La Spinetta was born: a disruptive wine, the perfect union between power and refinement. The grapes harvested during the harvest are subjected to pygio-diraspatura with subsequent maceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature for 14-15 days. This is followed by malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and finally aging in wood for a minimum of 18 months, with further final aging in the bottle.
Characteristics of this red wine from the La Spinetta Winery
It appears with a ruby red color. The olfactory notes recall sweet notes of wilted rose, ripe fruit, spices and licorice. On the palate it is structured and with an enveloping tannic moth.
Recommended pairings with this red wine from Piedmont
