Wine description
The Riveto from Dante Rivetti is made from 100% Moscato grapes. Winemaking involves maceration in contact with the skins and subsequent soft pressing followed by decanting the must. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in a steel autoclave for the setting of foam, followed by stabilization with refrigeration and microfiltration and then bottling.
Characteristics of this Piedmont wine
It has an intense straw yellow color and persistent perlage. The olfactory notes are fresh, fragrant and recall notes of tropical fruit. The flavor is sweet but with a marked acidity.
Recommended pairings with this Moscato Dante Rivetti
Excellent with fresh fruit, fruit sorbets, dry pastries and panettone. Serve at 5°C.
