This wine is the result of the skilful vinification in purity of the Chardonnay grape; it perfectly represents the hills of South Tyrol. The origin is the classic Alto Adige DOC. The soils on which the vines are located are sandy and deep soils with gravelly deposits. Vinification involves first fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature of about 18 ° in steel, a small part in large wooden barrels. Then the refinement for a few months on the fine lees.
Chardonnay Altkirch DOC Colterenzio’s features
A straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Nose perfume expresses a delicate and elegant bouquet, characterized by typical exotic notes of pineapple and mango. The taste on the palate is harmonious and balanced, pleasantly fresh and relaxed.

Excellent as an aperitif, with light cold and hot appetizers, various types of pasta and lightly spiced dishes based on white meats. The optimum serving temperature is 10 ° C. The alcohol content reached is 13.5% Vol.
