This sensational sparkling wine is produced with 100% Glera grapes. Marsuret cellar, that is very famous in Veneto, owns some vineyards located between the hills of Treviso and the zone of Valdobbiadene. The soft pressing process is followed by alcoholic fermentation. The long re-fermentation follows the Charmat Method, that considers the foam formation in autoclave.
Features of the Sparkling wine DOC Treviso "Spago"
Straw yellow colour, with green reflections. Its perfume is characterized by acacia flowers and apple. The taste is fresh, harmonious and pleasant.
Recommended food pairings with this Sparkling "Spago"
It is great with starters and the typical “risotto”. It has to be served at 8%. The alcoholic strength is 11% Vol.
