Muller Thurgau COLTERENZIO
Wine Characteristics
Descrizione vino
This label represents the real peasant tradition of South Tyrol: it is its most authentic expression of naturalness and territorial vocation. Vinification involves the use of Müller Thurgau grapes. The origin of the vines is the classic Alto Adige DOC: vineyards rise at a height of about 500 meters above sea level. Vinification involves the fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature of about 18 ° C in steel fermenters and then matures a few months on the lees.
