Descrizione vino

From the vinification of 100% pure Chardonnay grapes. The origin is that of the territory of San Lorenzo Isontino-(Gorizia). The vinification involves fermentation in 500 lt French oak barrels (22-24° C), maturation in the same fermentation containers on the fine deposit for 11 months with frequent bâtonnage. Bottling and bottle aging for at least 12 months.

 

Chardonnay Jurosa Doc Lis Neris’ features

An intense straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The perfume on the nose expresses an olfactory profile of great charm composed of notes of ripe apricot, hay, butter, custard. The taste has a mineral tone opens to a full, very fine taste, marked by a certain acidity and a decisive softness. Balanced, rich and satisfying, it closes with a unique finish for persistence.

Try it with all fish-based preparations from hot appetizers, to first courses up to steamed or stewed second courses, with cheeses and white meats. The optimal serving temperature is 10 ° C. The alcohol content reached is 13.5% Vol.
