Dolomiti Rosato "PFEFFERER PINK" COLTERENZIO
This sensational and exceptional wine of the Alto Adige tradition is the result of the wise and conscientious mastery of Colterenzio technicians: the vinification is based on a fine selection of different varieties that reflect the pecuiarity of the territory. The origin of the vines falls within the administrative area of the company, in South Tyrol, which vineyards are located on gravelly and sandy soils. After a short contact with the skins, the pressing and the traditional white vinification and fermentation in steel vats are carried out. A subsequent refinement on fine lees follows.
Dolomiti Rosato Pfefferer Pink’s features
A pale pink tones. A pleasant and delicate aromatic note, followed by hints of small red fruits, ripe peaches and hints of spice. Taste in the mouth is fresh and taut, with a slender, fruity and lively sip that recalls the drink.

A really versatile rosé in food-wine pairing with fish appetizers and finger food, but also with fish main courses and spicy dishes. Excellent with basmati rice and curry shrimp. The optimal serving temperature is 8 ° C in a high and wide glass which allows the aromas to diffuse. The alcohol content reached is 12.5% Vol.
