Moscato Rosa MARCO FELLUGA

Made from 100% pure Moscato Rosa grapes. The origin comes from the town of Capriva Del Friuli, in the Collio DOC area, with an altitude of 80 meters above sea level. The vinification and fermentation of the grapes separated from the stems are placed to macerate in large steel vats for a variable period depending on the year. During this phase delicate fulling operations allow to extract the noble components precursors of the taste and aroma of wine. The aging of the wine is done for about eight months in steel tanks and for one year in bottle.

Characteristics of this Moscato Rosa

The wine has an intense pink color with lively reflections. The aroma is delicate, elegant and complex with sweet scents of rose, strawberry and raspberry syrup. The taste confirms and broadens the sense of smell. Important and classy, with a rich body, broad and pleasant, long in the finish.

Suggested food pairings while tasting this Moscato Rosa

Excellent with cakes, cold desserts, dry pastry. The optimal serving temperature is 10°C.
