This wine is produced by Attems with 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes. It is a symbol of Friuli Venezia Giulia. The vineyards are cultivated on the hills that surround Gorizia. The lands are located between 60 and 140 meters above the sea level and their exposition is south, south-east. The soils are characterized by marls and sands of Eocenic origins. 6000 stumps per hectare, trained cordon spur pruning method. The vines are between 20 and 55 years old.

Intense straw yellow colour full of gold reflections. The perfume is characterized by complexity, instensity and structure. It recalls pineapple, banana, peach, vanilla and zagara flowers. Its taste is warm, soft, classy and balanced. Good freshness and great final.

Great with vegetable pies, quiches, baked main dishes. It has to be served at 8°C in a high, wide wine glass.
