Ribolla Gialla of Winery Tenuta Luisa located in Mariano del Friuli, is a white wine, true symbol of Friuli Venezia Giulia Region and comes from grapes Ribolla 100%. The vinification is preceded by a short and soft maceration to allow the extraction of pigments and odorous substances found in the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainle ss steel vats at a controlled temperature. Elevage on fine-grained lees for 8 months. Ageing in the bottle for a further 3 months.
Characteristics of Ribolla Gialla
The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections. Its aroma is a delicate and pleasant bouquet whose predominant note is the fragrance of acacia. The taste is distinctive, with dry and mild acidity.
Recommended pairings with this white wine from Friuli
Serve in goblets of medium size and temperature of 10-12°C. Excellent as an aperitif or a perfect companion to seafood , white fish, oysters.
